- Open account terms of NET 30 days from the day of shipment are extended to companies with a satisfactory rating from Dun & Bradstreet. Unrated or unlisted companies are required to submit a completed application for credit. Buyer may expedite an order, while on open account status, by including payment with order. Thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, buyer should notate the extent of the damage on the freight bill and contact Handi-Ramp immediately. File a claim with the carrier immediately. Contact factory for individual product warranty. Warranty DOES not cover labor or consequential damages including, but not limited to business interruption costs, lost profits, lost business opportunities, etc.

When ordering by fax, mail or email, include the following:
• Purchase order number and name of person authorized to purchase
• Shipping address if different from billing address
• Complete phone and fax numbers including area code
• Description of items being ordered
• Quantity, size, model number, etc…
• All prices must be noted in US Dollars
- Return Policy
- If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Handi-Ramp product, contact us for shipping instructions to return it. All non-custom products may be returned within 30 days. All returns require authorization and a 20% restocking fee. Returns shipped without authorization will be refused. Call (847) 680-7700 to request a return authorization number. Custom fabrications are non-returnable and require a 50% deposit before production begins.

For items listed as 'free shipping':
• Free shipping applies to continental US orders only
• An additional shipping charge will be applied to orders outside contiguous US

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship best way prepaid and add. Weights shown do not include packaging, pallet or crating weights. Freight class may vary depending on the carrier and quantity ordered. All freight is subject to reclassification if not shipped prepaid and add.
